Our second brain, Our gut.

Our Gut is such a complex place, hosts a vast community of about 100 trillion microbes and contains over 1000 bacterial specie's. It has many different functions from the movements of stools, to the absorption of nutrients. Making sure the functions can work properly we need to have a healthy Gut to do so. Eating good quality, nutrient dense foods is a start.

The Gut holds around 90% of our immune system, if the Gut is not in a good state immunity will be effected. Making us more prone to illness and disease.
