Initial Consultation

Service Description

Here we offer a comprehensive initial consultation to focus on your overall health and wellness. During this session, we will measure your blood pressure, hips, waist, and more, as well as analyze any blood reports you bring. You'll also have the opportunity to fill out a 3-day diet diary at home and bring it in for review. With a focus on all aspects of your body systems, we'll work together to create a bespoke diet and address any additional medical needs, including providing a referral letter to your GP if necessary.
